Pommeau is a traditional Norman aperitif crafted by blending fresh apple juice with young Calvados and aged in oak barrels. Smooth, fruity, and gently sweet, it offers notes of baked apple, caramel, and subtle spice. Lower in alcohol than Calvados, it’s perfect served chilled, paired with cheese or desserts, or used to add richness to cocktails. Format 70cl, 17% ABV.
