Our Calvados are made for evenings that deserve something better. You will taste baked apples/pears and caramel warmth. But also light spices and a subtle woodiness touch. You can either enjoy it neat or in a cocktail. Pair it with dessert as well. If you enjoy whisky or cognac, this is an easy step into Calvados.
Our Pear liqueur is gently sweet, silky and round on the palate. You will taste Pear, vanilla, and a gentle touch of caramel. You can either enjoy it neat or in a lovely cocktail.
Our Pommeau is like a dessert drink. It is noticeably sweet, silky and round on the palate. After 6 month in oak barrel, you will taste honeyed tones, dried apples, light vanilla and soft caramel. In Normandy, we enjoy it neat at the end of a long meal, or topped up with Champagne.
